What are we looking for?
We’re hiring driven, curious BDRs who want to break into tech and grow their careers.

Responsibilities:

  • Master the art of outbound prospecting and starting conversations.
  • Leverage the latest AI-driven tools to connect with prospects smarter and faster.
  • Set quality meetings and help fuel Apono’s hyper-growth
  • Represent Apono at global industry events and tradeshows
  • Learn the ins and outs of SaaS Go-To-Market strategy in a coaching-first culture.


Requirements:

  • Relevant background – sales/service industry/retail/customer support
  • Previous experience in cybersecurity or as an SDR - strong advantage
  • Goal-oriented, with experience exceeding quotas and driving results in a target-driven environment
  • Able to think on your feet, experiment with new approaches, and bounce back from setbacks
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally
  • Effective collaborator across teams
  • Must be competitive, coachable, and eager to grow
  • Remote position, with preference for candidates in SoCal, Seattle, Austin, Chicago, Raleigh, Atlanta, or South Florida
