What are we looking for?

We’re looking for an energetic Office & Employee Experience Manager to help shape an inspiring, efficient, and people-first workplace at our Manhattan office.
You’ll own everything that keeps our day-to-day running smoothly — from operations and logistics to culture and employee engagement — ensuring every team member feels supported and at home.

Responsibilities:

Office Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations — supplies, kitchen stocking, vendors, and basic IT support.
  • Set up and manage the physical office space, including furniture, tech, and maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate with building management, vendors, and service providers.
  • Manage mail, deliveries, and IT asset logistics.
  • Greet visitors, manage access passes, and prep meeting rooms.
  • Organize local team events, meetings, and offsites.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline administrative and recruiting workflows.

Employee Experience:

  • Act as the go-to person for daily employee needs and office culture.
  • Coordinate the US onboarding experience — from welcome kits to workspace setup and first-week integration.
  • Organize celebrations, happy hours, and cultural events that strengthen connection and engagement.
  • Ensure people systems and data are up to date and accurate.
  • Foster a warm, productive, and collaborative environment aligned with our values.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office management, operations, or administrative support, ideally in a startup or small company.
  • Exceptionally organized, proactive, and resourceful — comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
  • Willingness to work from our Manhattan office 5 days a week.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A people-first mindset and genuine enthusiasm for building a great workplace experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary: $80,000-$90,000 (varied on experience and market rate)
