What are we looking for?

As a Product Manager, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of identity and access management capabilities across our platform. You’ll own core product areas such as access workflows, integrations with servers, databases and Kubernetes, and the user experience for administrators and end-users with these services.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of security, DevOps, and infrastructure. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, DevOps, Security, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver products that help enterprises scale securely in multi-cloud environments.
If you are passionate about solving complex identity security and DevOps challenges, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the development strategy for our infrastructure domain.
  • Partner with DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Security teams to deeply understand access automation challenges in infrastructure services, translating them into impactful product features.
  • Own the product lifecycle from discovery through release and adoption, ensuring measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver DevOps- and developer-friendly IAM features.
  • Drive integration with major services.
  • Ensure features align with enterprise-grade security and compliance standards while also optimizing for developer productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Act as a product evangelist for DevOps-centric IAM use cases, both internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on DevOps experience with:
    • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi)
    • Kubernetes & container orchestration
    • CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc.)
    • Deployment and maintenance of databases and servers.
  • Deep understanding of development environments and authentication concepts.
  • Proven ability to translate hands-on DevOps workflows into product requirements and developer-centric features (APIs, SDKs, CLIs, integrations).
  • Technical and product management aptitude: able to dive into logs, deployment workflows, and APIs to validate assumptions and support engineering.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; ability to bridge between technical DevOps engineers and business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
