will play a pivotal role in aligning our sales, marketing, and customer success functions to optimize the

What are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations to join our team. You
will play a pivotal role in aligning our sales, marketing, and customer success functions to optimize the
customer lifecycle, drive predictable revenue, and improve overall operational efficiency. This is a unique
opportunity to join a growing team, build scalable processes, and have a tangible impact on our revenue
growth.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Alignment: Develop and implement a strategic RevOps framework that aligns the
success—ensuring a seamless experience from first touch to upsell.
- Revenue Forecasting: Support accurate revenue forecasting through pipeline analysis,
- Conversion Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates across the
- Sales Support and Enablement: Partner with sales leadership to design and deliver tools,
- CRM Management: Own and optimize the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure
- Reporting and Analysis: Design and manage dashboards and reporting systems to track KPIs,
decision-making.
- Quota, Territories, and Assignments: Develop and manage frameworks for quota setting,
- Deal Strategy: Collaborate with sales leadership to analyze opportunities, design deal strategies,
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, customer success, and

- Data Governance: Maintain data integrity across revenue systems to ensure consistent, reliable
Requirements
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role in a B2B SaaS environment
- CRM Administrator knowledge (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with other tools.
- Proven ability to think strategically while executing operationally to build scalable processes and
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets, uncover trends, and recommend strategies to
