About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and resourceful personal assistant to support and enhance our General Partners.

This is a hands-on, dynamic role that includes both business and personal support. It’s a great fit for someone seeking a stable, part-time position with a high degree of flexibility and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep things running smoothly with reminders, follow-ups, and task tracking
  • Support with errands and logistics for both work and personal needs
  • Handle travel arrangements: flights, accommodation, transportation
  • Organize events - from simple restaurant bookings to 100 people workshop and dinners
  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across time zones
  • Assist with office coordination
  • Be the go-to person for ad-hoc tasks and day-to-day needs

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent English speaker (must be excellent in both writing and speaking)
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Prior experience as a PA or EA or similar positions is required
  • Dependable, discreet, trustworthy, and people-oriented
  • Availability for a 70–80% role (~25–30 hours/week), with 4 / 5 in-office days (Tel Aviv) per week
