Nokod Security brings Application Security to no-code applications, automations and AI agents. Scope of Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the core backend team, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership.
• Implement and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools, ensuring consistency, repeatability, and scalability.
• Oversee and optimize cloud operations in the GCP environment.
• Manage Kubernetes deployments and containerization strategies.
• Design and implement event-driven architectures using Kafka
• Collaborate with the product team to develop cross-system services and create an exceptional user experience.
• Drive DevOps best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional experience as a software engineer in NodeJS + TypeScript (experience in NestJS is an advantage)
• 2+ years of leading and managing engineering teams
• Experience with microservices architecture, SQL databases, cloud platforms (specifically GCP), and modern frameworks
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
• Experience with Kafka or similar message broker systems
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and orchestration systems
• Demonstrated experience in cloud operations and DevOps practices
• Strong communication and leadership skills
